Manufacturing Operative Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operative to join our team at a fantastic manufacturing company in Crediton. As a key member of our dispensary department, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain of our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working within the production areas, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Mixing and weighing ingredients, lifting and moving up to 25kg
  • Following written instructions and adhering to company procedures
  • End of line duties, including removal of products and packing
  • Reporting any damaged or defective products
Working Hours and Pay:
  • Monday to Thursday, 10am to 6:30pm, and 10am to 5:30pm on Fridays
  • £11.45 per hour, with overtime available at 1.5 times the hourly rate after 39 hours
Requirements:
  • Pro-active team worker, able to liaise and cooperate with all members of staff
  • Operate within company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality
  • Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others
