We are currently seeking a highly skilled Female Support Worker to join our team and provide comprehensive support to a young lady with cerebral palsy and complex needs living in her own home.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to empower our client to lead an independent life.

The role involves enabling the client to engage in rehabilitation, social, and recreational activities, as well as providing 2-1 care 24/7, including flexible support during holidays and weekends.

The successful applicant will receive full training, input from therapists, and regular supervision by the Case Manager.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working with young adults with physical and cognitive impairments, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate and engage.

You should also possess a clean UK driving license, be dependable, professional, and value honesty and discretion.

In addition, previous experience working with clients with brain injury is preferable, and you should be comfortable with hydrotherapy and outdoor pursuits.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We offer a bespoke Case Management Service for people of all ages, with a particular emphasis on those recovering from acquired brain injuries.

Ultimately, our aim is to empower and support individuals to reach their full potential and maximize their rehabilitation opportunities.
