About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional who can drive our footwear manufacturing quality projects and improvements across all product categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing or manufacturing of high-performance products and experience driving quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce warranty rates through effective collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain the Footwear Manufacturing Quality Manual, ensuring best practices are capitalized and implemented across product categories.
- Standardize quality processes to minimize risk and enhance team collaboration.
- Build a network of quality auditors and lead quality performance assessments across all production sites.
- Foster strong relationships within the team and with manufacturing partners to promote a culture of premium quality.
- Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders to ensure support for project success.
- Evaluate product risks during development stages to prevent potential issues.
The successful candidate should have:
- 10+ years of experience in sourcing or manufacturing of high-performance products, preferably in OEM environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving quality excellence and implementing quality improvements.
This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for growth and development, a dynamic work environment, and a chance to work with a leading brand in the industry.
