Job Type: Part Time, Zero hour contract

Salary: £8.60 - £11.44 per hour

We are a company that believes in making a difference in people's lives. We provide a unique service to schools and communities, and we are looking for a Community Host to join our team.

Job Purpose:

The Community Host will be responsible for welcoming hirers and their groups into our facilities, ensuring that all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to enjoy their visit. This includes setting up equipment, completing health and safety checks, and ensuring the security and safety of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist hirers with the setting up of facilities for lettings and other school-related events.
  • Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure that the school's premises are always left as found.
  • Unlock gates and doors, and ensure they are locked up securely again at the end of the shift.
  • Complete all health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
