About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Progressor to join our team at haart. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating the home buying process, and ensuring successful completion of sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register client details and chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
  • Manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update key stakeholders
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
  • Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills
  • Passion for haart, our values, and processes
What's on Offer
  • Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience)
