About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Progressor to join our team at haart. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating the home buying process, and ensuring successful completion of sales.
Key Responsibilities- Register client details and chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process
- Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
- Manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update key stakeholders
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
- Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills
- Passion for haart, our values, and processes
- Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline
