About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Housing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing new and existing relationships with clients and candidates to make placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building trusted relationships within the Housing market
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities and working in conjunction with colleagues
  • Targeting passive candidates through headhunting
  • Developing your own business development strategy, supported by an ambitious team
  • Participating in internal business development meetings to drive forward recruitment processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior-level recruitment role, with a track record of successfully winning business in the Housing market
  • Ability to proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies that yield profitable results
  • Ambitious to progress in your career, with a drive to exceed goals
  • Bright, driven, and articulate, with a passion for exceptionally high standards
  • Positive outlook and solution-focused
