About the Job:
SERVICE CARE SOLUTIONS has an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team on a temporary contract in Eastleigh and surrounding areas of Hampshire.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the external communal areas, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and shrub maintenance. You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping and minor tree work. We are looking for a proactive and great team player with a good eye for detail to join our dynamic and diverse team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is well-driven and looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have practical amenity horticultural knowledge and experience, as well as qualifications such as PA1 and PA6AW (desirable but not essential). NPTC certification or equivalent is also desirable but not essential. A full driver's license with towing license is highly beneficial.

With a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, you will be provided with a company van to ensure easy transportation between sites. The varied locations across Hampshire, Somerset, and Berkshire offer a unique opportunity to work on different projects and develop your skills.
