Job Description

Quality Assurance Manager

£40,000 plus bonus

Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality team in achieving and maintaining the highest levels of quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality team in achieving and maintaining the highest levels of quality throughout the manufacturing process

• Oversee the development and implementation of quality control measures and processes

• Ensure that all products meet regulatory and internal quality standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance quality awareness and performance

• Utilize your knowledge of measurement systems and processes to continuously improve quality standards

• Perform internal audits and drive corrective actions to maintain and improve quality standards

• Manage day-to-day quality activities and monitor quality metrics to ensure strong performance

• Compile and analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Communicate with senior management on quality performance and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Certified internal auditor, with experience conducting internal audits

• Extensive knowledge of measurement systems and processes

• Strong understanding of quality management principles and techniques

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to achieve goals and objectives
