About the Role
We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Forres. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with a wide range of ages and needs, enabling them to live independently and promote their well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to individuals.
- Communicate and build relationships with supported people to provide individual care and support.
- Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
What We Offer
- Statutory annual leave paid monthly based on hours worked.
- Fully funded PVG and 1st year SSSC registration.
- Blue Light Card.
