**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on AC and HVAC systems within set time frames to exceed customer expectations
  • Handle other building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical tasks, and more
  • Respond to callouts as per the rota
  • Undertake new installations, and both major and minor repairs on clients' AC systems
  • Diagnose and repair faults, including basic electrical troubleshooting
  • Manage contractors, ensuring standards are met and issuing Permits to Work

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
  • Essential qualifications - F-Gas Cat 1, ODS regulations, and Level 2 or 3 C&G/NVQ or equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Physically fit and adaptable - Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Team player - Willingness to join the On-Call Rota and collaborate with your colleagues.
