A high-calibre opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Corporate Solicitor to join a prestigious Legal 500 firm based in the Oxford region. As a full-service law firm, they are seeking an experienced Solicitor with a strong understanding of the market and the ability to take on a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert legal advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and corporate governance documents, with precision and attention to detail.
  3. Offer comprehensive guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters, enabling clients to navigate complex challenges with confidence.
  4. Conduct thorough legal due diligence and prepare related documentation, delivering accurate and reliable results.
  5. Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and regulatory developments, ensuring that clients receive informed and up-to-date advice.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive transaction success and foster a culture of excellence.
  7. Pursue active involvement in business development initiatives, driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  1. At least 1-5 years of PQE experience in corporate fee earning, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical competence.
  2. Exceptional marketing and business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  4. Sound legal knowledge within corporate processes, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
