We are seeking a Customer Experience Improvement Professional to join our team at Lidl. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role

The Customer Experience Improvement Professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer feedback and data, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations for enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop actionable recommendations for customer experience enhancement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives and make recommendations for further improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, psychology)
  • 2:2 degree or above in any discipline by September 2025 or graduated no earlier than September 2023
  • Legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
  • Lived in the UK or willing to relocate within a one-hour commute of Lidl GB Head Office
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Basic understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
