About the Role
Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Domestic Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team of domestic staff, ensuring that cleaning standards are met and that the domestic services department runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a supervisory team and ensure that cleaning standards are met
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- Liaise with ward managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Develop and implement training programs for domestic staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic services management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evening shifts
