Senior Safety Case Consultant at Total Resourcing Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Safety Case Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the development and presentation of robust and reasoned safety cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present safety cases that meet and exceed client expectations in terms of technical excellence and quality of deliverables.
  • Deliver consultancy services that meet and exceed client expectations in terms of timescales and cost, while supporting the long-term growth of the business and its reputation.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects as a project or technical lead, ensuring delivery within budget and to agreed program timelines.
  • Liaise with technical and commercial stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Develop skills in growing projects and identifying opportunities with clients.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent in engineering, science, or a related field of study.
  • Hold a minimum of 'SC' UK Security Clearance or be willing to obtain a security clearance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional engineering/technical specialist experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and experience in the management and production of complex safety cases, including plant types at different lifecycle stages.
  • A good working knowledge of the QMS, particularly in relation to 'Opportunity to Order' and 'Order to Project Completion' requirements.
  • Good understanding of the NEC 3 contract systems.
