About the Role:

As a Community Management Specialist with Ritz Recruitment, you will be responsible for assisting in driving the performance of our Build to Rent property management company in Sheffield.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Liaison Manager. The ideal candidate will have a good level of experience in a similar role in either BTR, PBSA, Estate Agency or Hotel Management.

The successful Resident Experience Coordinator will assist in ensuring compliance with all current statutory legislation with respect to H&S and the environment.

">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist with mobilisation and site management to ensure high standards of presentation and maintenance.">
  • Work closely with the on-site team to achieve KPIs and deliver an industry-leading resident experience.">
  • Deputise in the absence of the Community Manager.">
  • Carry out specific daily/weekly tasks as agreed with the Community Manager.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A good level of experience in a similar role in either BTR, PBSA, Estate Agency or Hotel Management.">
  • Experience of working to KPI's.">
  • Good health and safety and facilities management knowledge.">
  • Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken.">
  • IT literate - MS Office at intermediate level and other relevant software.">

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£34,000 (Negotiable dependent upon experience) plus 10% discretionary performance bonus.

The estimated salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and the requirements of the role.
