The Care at Home Team in Lochaber is seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Support Worker to join their team. As a key member, you will work collaboratively to provide high-quality care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being in their own homes. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and contribute to the expansion of the service, including reablement and rehabilitation initiatives.

As a Health and Social Care Support Worker, you will be expected to adhere to NHS Highland policies and procedures, as well as local and national standards. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols. Continuous professional development is essential, and you will be expected to participate in relevant training and activities to meet identified training objectives.

This role involves working within a rota system, with flexible and unsociable hours, including weekends. You will be required to work throughout the Lochaber region, with a current UK driving license and use of your own car for work purposes being essential.
