Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Recruitment Consultant to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the very best talent to fuel our continued growth and success. As the Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the agency attracts top talent across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy to meet the current and future hiring needs of the agency.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored support to ensure roles are filled quickly with high-quality candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate needs and future growth, ensuring the agency can scale effectively as we take on larger and more complex projects.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure recruitment practices promote diversity and inclusion, creating a workforce that reflects the diversity of our clients and the wider events industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally from agency or within the events, creative, or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
The estimated salary range for this role is £35-38k + Hybrid benefits, depending on experience.
