Care Professional

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals in need? We are seeking experienced Care and Support Bank Workers to join our dedicated teams on the Isle of Wight.
As a Care Professional, you will be expected to respond to the care and support needs of residents, assisting with intimate personal care, maintaining a safe and secure environment, following health and safety requirements, and maintaining up-to-date care plans and risk assessments. This role requires driving skills, so a valid license and access to a vehicle are essential.
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of around £22,000 per annum, paid travel time, generous mileage, and holiday allowance, paid DBS checks, training opportunities, and a health benefits package.
