Assessment Specialist

Maximus is seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as an Assessment Specialist. In this role, you'll use your clinical experience to assess individuals' abilities and develop Personal Independent Payment (PIP) reports. You'll work closely with our team to provide high-quality assessments and contribute to our mission of improving people's lives.
You'll conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You'll work with a range of complex cases and develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills through regular feedback and supervision.
We offer a competitive salary package, including £37,800 per year and the opportunity for a £1,500 additional skills allowance, as well as flexible working options and a comprehensive training programme.
