As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of new projects from feasibility through scale-up into manufacturing. Your expertise will help ensure the successful completion of these projects, aligning with project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create experimental work plans that meet project timelines and manager expectations.
  • Analyze and approve research reports and data for presentation to external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure all work meets required health and safety standards, including COSHH and risk assessments.
  • Present findings and generate data using statistical packages.
  • Develop SOPs for laboratory methods, procedures, and instrumentation.
  • Understand and implement DHF technical requirements to ensure audit readiness.
  • Maintain high-quality experimental write-ups meeting QMS requirements.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant scientific degree.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and other software.
