Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Tax team in Tunbridge Wells. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of businesses, undertaking corporate tax provisioning, compliance, and advisory work, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of businesses, including OMBs, SMEs, and larger corporates
  • Undertake corporate tax provisioning, compliance, and advisory work
  • Assist with transactional and due diligence work
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain regular contact with client teams
  • Liaise with Partners and demonstrate strong management skills
  • Appraise and monitor staff performance
  • Ensure Evelyn Partners procedures are followed, taking account of institute and HMRC guidance
  • Meet department KPIs around billing and recovery targets

Requirements

  • Significant corporate tax experience gained within the profession and/or industry
  • Technically capable tax adviser who can assist in complex client work
  • Demonstrable experience of managing people and clients
  • Appetite to develop business development skills to assist with the growth of the business
