Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing and leading procurement activities, developing strategic sourcing plans, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the procurement function, ensuring effective procurement processes and strategic sourcing plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure value-for-money services and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize procurement processes and drive performance improvement opportunities.
  • Provide trusted advice on commercial matters, ensuring long-term profitability and alignment with client contract obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with business operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement, with a strong background in commercial negotiations and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Certification in procurement best practices, such as CIPD, is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in an outsourced environment or with outsourcing vendors, particularly within financial services, is essential.
