Haemodialysis Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our renal team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a Haemodialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and service to our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and experienced renal team that has extensive experience in developing the workforce to manage renal units. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides clinical management of patients requiring dialysis.

The trust has a proven track record of successfully developing and managing renal dialysis units, earning national and international recognition for its innovative research and treatment concepts.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of patients from admission to discharge, involving patients and their relatives/carers.
• Participate in internal shift rotation to provide 24-hour patient care.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses and support workers to ensure continuity of patient care.

• First-level nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register, educated to diploma level.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
