Job Title: Senior Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a Senior Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in the Court of Protection and Community Care sectors.

About the Role:
  • Acting for clients in Court of Protection proceedings, including those with complex needs and vulnerabilities.
  • Providing expert legal advice on Community Care matters, including public funding and private client work.
  • Working closely with local charities and NGOs to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborating with a team of experienced lawyers to provide comprehensive legal services.
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding duties and legal aid requirements.

Requirements:
