We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a 5-star welcome experience for our guests and visitors.

Working closely with our building management and events team, you will be the focal point of our building, coordinating other FOH services and reporting any issues to the right channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors
  • Working collaboratively with the events team to deliver seamless events and experiences
  • Coordinating with building management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant teams

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in hospitality or customer service industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Driven individual with self-motivation and problem-solving skills
