Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our Alternative Provision in Burnley. As a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will work with small groups of pupils to enhance their learning and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils across KS3 to KS4 with SEN, SEMH, and behaviour difficulties
* Work with pupils who have EHC Plans and Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties
* Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement behaviour support plans
Requirements:
* Experience working with pupils with SEN, SEMH, and behaviour difficulties
* Patient and determined character
* Ability to work as part of a dedicated team
