Learning Support Coordinator

Your Teaching Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at a supportive and inclusive school in Gravesend, Kent.
The successful candidate will work closely with students who have a variety of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural difficulties.
This role involves providing tailored support in and outside the classroom, helping students to engage with their learning and develop life skills.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the class teacher and SENCO.
We are offering a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum.
