Job Requirements- Leadership skills: Providing clear direction, mentoring staff, and developing individuals to achieve professional and personal growth
- Team management: Delegation, recruitment, resolving issues, and highlighting areas for improvement
- Technical knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of protected species legislation and licensing requirements, including license applications
- Problem-solving: Solution-led thinking, planning ahead, and risk management
- Relationship building: Developing internal and external relationships through networking, industry events, and seminars
- Project management: Proven track record of managing complex schemes covering protected species and environmental legislation considerations
