Land Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Buyer to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring high-quality sites for our developments.
Your primary responsibility will be to investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts, identify sites directly through targeted marketing, and conduct desktop research and data analysis to inform your decisions.
You will also be responsible for carrying out site appraisals, creating reports and proposals, and managing the offer and negotiation process. Working closely with your Land Director and wider team, you will help formulate the land acquisition strategy for the region.
About YouWe are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with a genuine passion for land acquisition and development. You will have previous experience in land buying within the property sector, although this can be from a variety of backgrounds, including commercial, retail, and hospitality.
You will be a confident and competent driver with a valid UK driver's license, as you will be spending a significant amount of time out of the office. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
