Job Description

Our client, a leading engineering company, is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Office Manager and PA to the MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging meetings, travel, and general administration duties for the MD and senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodation for the MD and senior team members
  • Manage confidential tasks and personal administration for the MD and senior team members
  • Liaise with managers on guest lists and invitations for company events
  • Control bookings for meeting rooms, teas, coffees, and lunches for meetings
  • Manage reception and assist with queries on telephones, travel, and accommodation
Office Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage all office contracts, including mobile phones, landlines, cleaners, and facilities maintenance
  • Renew licenses and complete legal forms as required
  • Order office supplies, including equipment, furniture, and sustenance
  • Arrange in-house training courses
Requirements:
  • Track record as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant
  • Happy to work in an office-based role
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and websites useful

Offering up to £43k plus bonus, private medical, and dental cover.
