We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Home Lead. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our residential childcare services.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our residential home, ensuring that our high standards of care are consistently met. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, working closely with them to implement our policies and procedures, as well as adhering to relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality care, in accordance with individual educational plans, relevant legislations, and our organisational policies and procedures guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to all legislative guidelines, including safety protocols, and maintain a safe working environment for all adults in the home.
- Develop and promote new techniques and approaches to childcare provision based in the home, while maintaining a focus on quality and excellence.
- Take ownership of the referral process and placement decisions, completing all relevant paperwork and visits when necessary.
- Contribute to the home's development, ensuring it is maintained to a high standard and presented well at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 1 year of supervising experience, preferably in a senior care or leadership position.
- A driving licence is essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
- Holiday entitlement: 28 days (including public holidays) rising to 29 days after 1 year of service.
- Additional holiday day for birthday each year.
- Medical benefits: Health Plan.
- Hourly rate: Overtime rates & 3 times rate for Christmas day & New Years day.
- Pension: Employer pension contribution 3% Employee pension contribution 5% Royal London Scheme.
- Training: Professional training and development with access to fully funded qualifications.
