About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail or Hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-format stores and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Store Manager in maximizing sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  2. Handle various tasks such as sorting deliveries, placing orders, dealing with customer queries, and people management
  3. Optimize store operations to minimize costs and improve productivity
  4. Travel up to 45 minutes from home location and other commutable stores within the area
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position within the retail or hospitality sector
  • Motivated by achieving high standards, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

The estimated salary for this role is between £40,000 - £49,000 per annum, based on a 45-hour working week contract. Additionally, if you are applying for a role within the M25, you will also receive an allowance of up to £3,090, dependent on location.
