"This is an IT support group" provides a safe and welcoming environment for students during the midday break. We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Midday Break Support Staff.
"The role involves supervising students in the playground area, playing fields, cloakrooms, and classrooms during lunchtime. You will assist with the removal of food and equipment, implement appropriate behaviour management strategies, observe and report any concerns about student welfare, resolve minor disputes between students, and assist in the supervision of other activities during the midday break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students in designated areas during lunchtime.
- Assist with the removal of food and equipment.

- Report concerns about student welfare.
- Resolve minor disputes between students.
- Assist in the supervision of other activities.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance required.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Ability to establish rapport with students and staff.
- Effective communication skills.
