Fitness Class Instructor

At GLL, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Bath Sports and Leisure Centre. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging fitness classes that promote physical activity and well-being
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive class environment
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver group fitness programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fitness instruction
Requirements:
- Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols
