Year 4 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join our team at an exemplary primary school in Luton, Bedfordshire. The school prides itself on providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 students, promoting active participation and academic growth.
  • Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback, fostering a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn, collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress, using a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 4.
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a commitment to academic excellence and a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
