Housekeeping Manager - St Andrews

Seaton House, a 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and luxury that our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and organizational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
