Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Part-Time SEN Support Assistant to work closely with a pupil with specific learning needs.

Key Tasks:
  1. Provide one-to-one support to the pupil, enabling them to participate fully in their learning and social development.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement tailored interventions aligned with the child's Individual Education Plan (IEP).
  3. Support the pupil during classroom activities, ensuring they feel included and valued.
  4. Foster independence while being sensitive to the pupil's needs.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with ASD, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to promoting inclusive education.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
