We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Southdown. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the life they choose and reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with their daily routines and activities, promoting independence and choice.
- Assist with personal care, medication, and other essential tasks.
- Encourage and enable individuals to participate in activities they enjoy, such as cooking, gardening, and social events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
