Job Title: Building Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor with experience in Condition Surveys to join our dynamic team at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions.

Job Summary:

As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys on a variety of hotel properties, identifying any issues related to the structure, building fabric, and maintenance needs. You will provide detailed and accurate reports on findings, highlighting areas of concern and making recommendations for necessary remedial works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct condition surveys on hotel properties, identifying structural and building fabric issues.
  • Provide detailed reports on findings, highlighting areas of concern and making recommendations for remedial works.
  • Liaise with property managers and hotel operators to ensure minimal disruption during the survey process.
  • Regularly attend the Leeds office to provide updates and review progress with the project team.
  • Travel to various hotel sites, including occasional overnight stays.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building surveying, with a strong focus on condition surveys.
  • Solid knowledge of structures and experience within the commercial or hospitality markets.
  • Ability to produce high-quality survey reports and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across the region, with a valid UK driving license.
