We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Programme Administrator to join our Medical Education team in ESNEFT.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing expert administration and being present at hands-on course days to ensure a first-class training experience for Dental Trainees across the East Of England and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage complex educational programmes and develop education programmes in response to national and local strategy as well as trainee priorities and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert administration and be present at hands-on course days.
  2. Develop education programmes and organize training events for Dental Workforce Development and Foundation Dental Training.
  3. Manage a core supply of specialist dental and medical equipment.
  4. Oversee and carry out regular maintenance and sterilisation of all equipment within the dental skills laboratory.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
