Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administrative Coordinator to support our international skincare brands. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and global environment where you will have the freedom to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Brand General Manager for La Roche-Posay & CeraVe, acting as their right-hand person. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the GM, including diary management, travel arrangements, and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between internal and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses to queries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Social Events and Team Management: Coordinate team meetings, social events, and inductions, ensuring a positive and inclusive team culture.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, an enhanced pension scheme, and access to exclusive discounts and perks. To be successful in this role, you will need:
