Multidisciplinary Tradesperson

Job Summary
A multifaceted handyperson is sought to provide building maintenance services across various disciplines, focusing on keeping costs in-house. This role involves working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive building works internally and externally, including:

• Roof repairs and quarterly gutter and gully clearance
• Brickwork repairs to walls
• Floor repair, including vinyl and ceramic tiles
• Car park and yard works
• Roller shutter annual PPM and reactive repairs

• Painting and decorating tasks, such as minor painting repairs

• Plumbing and drainage work, including unblocking drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks, and repairing leaking taps and washers.
