Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, code, test, and debug.NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Review code written by peers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and the development process.
- Mentoring juniors: Although this is not a team lead role, the candidate should be comfortable working with and guiding Junior Developers.
- Voice for change: Comfortable voicing any concerns in working practices and bringing up constructive feedback on how we can improve productivity.
- Shaping Business Requirements: The role will eventually require a good understanding of Bytes as a business and an expectation to help shape business requirements into user stories.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and.NET Core: At least 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of MVC frameworks and.NET API: Essential.
- Understanding of website security: Essential.
- Working with databases (SQL): Essential.
