We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at A-Plan. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company that is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Managing and developing a team of professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure the branch is operating efficiently and effectively
