Job Title: MRI Clinical/Team Lead Radiographer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MRI Clinical/Team Lead Radiographer to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading the MRI team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the MRI team and ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services
  • Manage and develop the skills of the MRI team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies
  • Participate in departmental audits and quality assurance programs
  • Commission new MRI scanners and ensure their safe and effective use
  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services for a varied caseload
  • Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing a team of radiographers or being an existing lead MRI radiographer within the NHS or private healthcare service in the UK
  • Experience in commissioning new MRI scanners for use
  • DCR or BSc (Hons) radiography qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in MRI, ideally in cardiac and small bowel enterography and liver imaging
  • Flexible and dynamic approach
  • Experience of responsibility for department MRI safety in line with local rules
