We are currently recruiting for a key client who has a requirement for a temporary HR Coordinator who will have the opportunity to go permanent to the right candidate - immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to expand their HR experience and skills in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR & Operations Team, providing administrative support to ensure the highest standard of HR-related services are delivered to meet the operational and learning needs of the organisation and its people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR-related systems to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage and administer the HR Inbox, providing a first point of contact for all HR-related enquiries.
- Liaise with recruitment partners and provide internal support, including coordinating interviews, offer documentation, and references.
- Collate payroll-related data and liaise with payroll providers, supporting monthly payroll reports and HMRC returns (P60, P45, P11d).
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Build strong working relationships across the network, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure that all benefits programs and statutory entitlements are implemented and maintained in accordance with legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR practices and developments.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar HR role working within a busy HR team environment.
- Understanding of recruitment/HR ratios and KPI reporting.
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Confident in dealing with people, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR payroll systems and Microsoft Office software.
