Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Female Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12 per hour, plus enhanced bank holiday rates of up to £18.00. Our comprehensive benefits package includes holiday pay, pension scheme, free DBS/PVG, company mobile phone, uniform, paid mileage, access to our benefits platform, and more.

Your Responsibilities

As a Female Care Assistant, your duties may include:

  • Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Managing medications and administering injections (as required)
  • Cooking or preparing hot meals
  • Helping with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
