Are you an experienced quantity surveyor looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a senior role with one of London's top contractors. This £8m fit-out project in the City requires a highly skilled professional to lead the way.

The successful candidate will report directly to a visiting commercial manager and be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. As a senior quantity surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the construction process, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package, including 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and the potential to increase up to 33 days based on length of service. The company also offers two weeks full pay for paternity or maternity leave, making it an attractive option for those looking for work-life balance.

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 + comprehensive salary package
