About Us:

White Space Recruitment is a boutique architectural design practice that delivers exceptionally cool and complex high-end residential schemes. We are looking for a newly qualified Architect to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

Job Description:

This role involves working full-time from our purpose-built open plan studio in central Warwickshire, collaborating with a talented team of architects and designers to deliver complex projects from initial planning to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on single high-end new build residential dwellings ranging £3M-12M, small exclusive housing developments, large bespoke extensions or conversions, commercial offices, and community-focused education/leisure/sports facilities
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeding their expectations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working on most RIBA stages
  • Proficient skills in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite
  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects and meeting deadlines
