Workforce Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Shift Coordinator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the associate workforce and the client.

Key Tasks:

• Maintain a positive and supportive work environment through shop floor walk arounds.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Create reports and maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Effectively communicate with the team to ensure seamless operations.
• Optimize shift planning using scheduling tools to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct return to work interviews and manage holiday and absence efficiently.
• Utilize experience in payroll to address pay queries.
• Contribute to the recruitment process.
• Demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to planning and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with colleagues and adapt to changing demands.
